Delivery, Cancellation & Returns

Delivery areas and timing

We deliver throughout South Africa. Standard shipping takes approximately 3–5 business days to the customer’s door or a selected nearby The Courier Guy locker. Delivery timing begins after dispatch and may be affected by remote-area routes, public holidays or circumstances outside our control. Bulk and wholesale orders may require up to 10 working days to prepare before dispatch.

Delivery charges

A R90 delivery fee applies to South African orders containing fewer than 10 units. Orders containing 10 units or more are charged R150 when the order value is below R3,000. Delivery is free for South African orders of R3,000 or more. The applicable charge is displayed before payment.

Tracking and responsibility

Tracking details are sent to the contact information supplied by the customer. Please provide a complete, accessible address and correct phone number. Risk passes in accordance with applicable consumer law and the agreed delivery arrangement.

Changing or cancelling an order

Contact us as soon as possible if an order must be changed or cancelled. If preparation or dispatch has not started, we will try to accommodate the request. Statutory cancellation rights remain unaffected.

Incorrect, damaged or defective goods

Inspect the parcel after delivery and notify us promptly with the order number, explanation and clear photographs. Where goods are incorrect, unsafe, defective or not reasonably fit for purpose, remedies will be provided in line with the Consumer Protection Act.

Change-of-mind returns

For hygiene and safety, opened or used fragrances cannot generally be resold. Unopened products may be considered for return when legally permitted and authorised in advance. Return transport may be for the customer’s account where the product is not defective and the law permits it.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are made to the original payment method or another agreed method after inspection and verification. Banking and payment-provider processing times may apply.
