1. About these terms

These terms apply when you browse or purchase from Nxonsa Lona Scents (Pty) Ltd (“Nxonsa Lona”, “we”, “us”). By placing an order, you confirm that the information supplied is accurate and that you accept these terms.

2. Products and safe use

Product photographs aim to represent the goods accurately, but screen colours and packaging may vary slightly. Car perfume is oil-based and must be applied to car mats only. Do not apply it to dashboards, screens, steering wheels, leather or other delicate surfaces. Cologne is intended for external body use only; discontinue use if irritation occurs.

3. Pricing and orders

Prices are displayed in South African rand. The total shown at checkout applies to the selected quantity tier. An order is accepted once payment is confirmed. We may contact you to correct an obvious pricing, stock or order error before accepting the order.

4. Payments

Available payment methods are shown during checkout. Payment must clear before dispatch. Never send payment to banking details received from an unverified source; confirm any manual payment request through our official WhatsApp number.

5. Cancellations and refunds

You may request cancellation before dispatch. Once dispatched, returns are handled under our Delivery & Returns Policy and applicable South African consumer law. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Consumer Protection Act or Electronic Communications and Transactions Act.

6. Affiliate and promotional codes

Affiliate commissions are calculated on qualifying completed sales and remain subject to verification, cancellations and returns. Nxonsa Lona may suspend fraudulent or misleading promotional activity. Commission withdrawals require the applicable minimum balance and admin approval.

7. Intellectual property

The Nxonsa Lona name, logo, photographs, product presentation and website content belong to Nxonsa Lona or its licensors. They may not be copied or commercially reused without written permission.

8. Liability

We are not responsible for damage caused by using products contrary to their instructions. Our liability is limited only to the extent permitted by South African law.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Complaints should first be sent to us so that we can try to resolve them promptly.
